2 cups cooked/shredded chicken breast
6 ounces light cream cheese
4 ounces Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
¼ cup finely chopped red bell pepper
¼ cup chopped green onion, divided
1 cup low fat shredded cheddar cheese
Sliced cucumbers, sliced carrots, tortilla chips
- Preheat oven to 400ºF. Combine all ingredients for dip except shredded cheese in a medium mixing bowl. Stir thoroughly to combine.
- Pour into an oven safe baking dish or small cast iron skillet and spread with a spoon. Bake for 10 minutes. Top with shredded cheese and bake for 10 minutes. Broil for 3-4 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Serve sriracha chicken dip hot topped with green onions, plus vegetables and whole grain chips/crackers for dipping.
